Management 3.0 is, above all, an inclusive and collaborative stance, which is the only approach adapted to our current world. A world that is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous. Nowadays, we must be capable of working flexibly, creatively, and of solving unexpected problems all the while integrating the necessary diversity to the team's performance, and therefor the company. 
#Meandyoutoo is a web app accessible via all connected media, consisting of a 100% anonymous questionnaire. It allows employees, in 10 minutes, to evaluate themselves on a number of situations that reveal their ways of working together in the company. The app represents an opportunity to gain awareness, the first step of the transformation. It improves employee/manager relationships and helps provide a caring and efficient work environment. It allows the company to communicate its managerial signature and give guidelines to its employees to change their practices.

Our WebApp is 100% accessible to all!
Designed and developed according to RGAA guidelines (General Framework for Improving Accessibility), it visually adapts according to the user's settings:
(Zoom, size, choice of font, compatible with monitors, vocal synthesis/braille support, touch, mouse and keyboard supported)
But big projects are always done as a team!
